Payment Policies: Full payment is due upon registration to reserve your child’s place in a class. If a cancellation occurs before the first class, the tuition will be refunded minus a $20 processing fee. If the cancellation occurs after the first class, the remaining tuition will be refunded minus a $30 processing fee. If the cancellation occurs after the second class no refunds or credits will be issued. Written notice of your cancellation is required (ie. letter or email). No refunds or credits will be granted for missed classes. Make-up class is a bonus and only offered once a semester if your child’s is ill and space is available in another class. If no available space for make-up class, equal credit will be granted for next semester.
